John joined Bucks County (population 650,000; 2500 employees; 38 offices; located north of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA) as CIO in 2020. He has 35 years of IT experience which includes 20 years as the CIO serving the health, human services and public sectors. He leads digital transformation processes with a focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness through his focus on people, process, and technology. (in that order of importance) John has a MS in Organizational Management and two under-grad IT degrees.

In addition, John has been a long-term advisory board member of The Channel Company's MES conference which takes place semi-annually in the US.
