Howard founded DTP in 1987, a boutique HP/HPE VAR that specialises in serving the Public Sector, which operates across three distinct divisions – Workplace Services and Systems, Managed Print Services, and Hybrid Cloud, all working closely in partnership with HP and HPE. DTP leads both vendors activities in the Higher Education sector, but having been awarded a place on CCS Technology Products 3 framework earlier in 2020 it is now working with the wider Public Sector driving business outcomes to expand its client base. Howard sits on a number of HP and HPE Advisory Boards, and as part of that has been at the forefront of the transformation of the MPS sector, as well as working closely with HPE as it pivots to an aaS business across all of its offerings from a Hybrid IT perspective.
