With a background in collaboration systems including enterprise voice, messaging and security services, Ian is currently responsible for a cross section of teams and technologies at Manchester Metropolitan University as Head of Infrastructure, encompassing IAM, Security, Collaboration and EUC. Ian has a strong interest in democratising access to services whilst maintaining security and enhancing the wider digital experience.
