Jason is a pragmatic HR professional with over twelve years experience within the HR industry covering Entertainment, Hospitality, Financial, Medical and Cloud based communications. Jason joined RingCentral in August 2018 and is responsible for looking after the EMEA region by analysing trends and metrics in partnership with the wider Employee Success group to develop solutions, programs and policies. He also manages and resolves complex employee relation cases. Jason works closely with leadership and employees to enhance working relationships, focus on the moments that matter, drives corporate social responsibility and diversity and inclusion and increases productivity whilst managing retention.
